PROTECTION OF RIVERS AND NATURE

HATCHERY

Having our own pure strain of Idrija Marble Trout we make sure to maintain a sustainable and diversified endemic trout population in all our rivers.

FISH HANDLING

Sustainable fishing starts with each one of us. Review our handling guidelines for catch & release and harvesting.

District A

District stretches from the dam at swimming area Bela downstream to the dam at Kavčič.

Trophy district

On Idrijca the district streches from dam at Kolektor factory downstream to confluence of rivers Idrijca and Kanomljica. On Kanomljica the district starts with Bridge Šinkovc (hatchery) all the way downstream to confluence with river Idrijca.

District B – Catch & Release

District on Idrijca starts from confluence of rivers Idrijca and Kanomljica downstream to hanging bridge at Rovinčar. On river Cerknica the district starts at the confluence of rivers Cerknica and Oresovka downstream to confluence with river Idrijca.

District B

District starts at hanging bridge at Rovinčar downstream to bridge Stopnik.
